Welcome to the Ohio Valley Business Travel Association Website. On behalf of the 2018 OVBTA Executive Board and Committee Chairs, we welcome you. Whether you are a guest visiting our site for the first time, or a member learning about our upcoming meetings we encourage you to get involved. The Mission of the OVBTA Board continues to be “Growth through Strong Educational Programs.”

2019 OVBTA Tradeshow and Auction

As we continue to celebrate our 50^th anniversary throughout the year, we are planning our annual tradeshow at our next meeting in Lexington, KY at the beautiful Marriott Griffin Gate Resort. 

Available tables are limited to 20 and have kept cost the same since inception: $500 for Members and $1000 for non-members.  Tables are on first come first serve basis so be sure to secure yours early.

We are also planning to have a silent auction for attendees to bid on. We are asking for donations for the auction to help us raise money in order to continue to bring great speakers and offer educational and scholarships to our members.

If you are purchasing a table, please plan to man your tables during our evening reception on May, 20, 2019 as well as during breaks on the meeting day. May 21, 2019.

In addition, we ask each table to supply an item to auction off. An auction list will be at each table for attendees to bid on your item – which can be anything you choose! 

Attendees will have a passport to be stamped when they visit each table and completed passports will be put in a drawing for a fun prize. A fun way for attendees to visit each table.

Welcome Bobby Bartle to OVBTA's Legislative Liason

OVBTA is both proud and excited to announce that Bobby Bartle will join the OVBTA Board as the Legislative Liason.

The Legislative Summit in Washington, DC will be held this year from May 14-16. Registration is now open. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain an insider’s perspective into the federal government’s legislative process and meet with your elected officials to advance a bipartisan pro-business traveler agenda. GBTA has an early bird registration rate of $275.00 for GBTA members. After March 12, the cost will be $300.00 for GBTA members and $325.00 for non GBTA members.  GBTA Legislative Summit Registration
