Membership Dues

12-month Membership Dues are $175.00

All memberships are valid for a period of 12-months from the renewal or registration date.  You will automatically receive renewal notices prior to the expiration of your membership.

Meeting Registration Fees 

Meeting registrations are $40.00 for Ohio Valley BTA Direct (travel buyer) members.

  • Meeting registrations are $40.00 for Ohio Valley BTA Allied (travel supplier) members.

  • $100.00 Guest / Non-Member Rate

  • $60.00 All Access Rate
  • $20.00 late fee applies to all registrations made within 5 business days of the event date.

Membership / Meeting Policies

  • Member dues must be paid by credit card at the time the member application is submitted.

  • Membership is valid for a 12-month period beginning on the date of member registration or member renewal.

  • Membership transfer requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, please submit your transfer request to our Membership Committee at [email protected]
  • If a member is unable to attend a meeting, one substitute may attend in the member's place.

  • Event registration fees must be paid in advance by credit card.  Event registrations processed within 5 days of an event are subject to a $20.00 late fee, this includes walk-up registrations.

  • Event registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 6 days prior to the meeting date.  Any cancellation within 5 days of the event date are non-refundable.
