$500 for members | $1000 for non-members

  • Limited number of 8’ tables with or without electricity
  • Monday 6-9 pm during the networking reception
  • Booths will remain up for all breaks during the Tuesday 8am-4pm meeting
  • Exhibitors will be featured in all meeting announcements
  • Exhibitors will bring their own “silent auction” item to be displayed at their table, with proceeds to be used for scholarships and general chapter needs
  • All attendees must visit all booths to qualify for the door prize gift basket.
  • Exhibitor concierge service offered by OVBTA member Aurora Exhibits (shipping/installation & dismantling)

The Ohio Valley Business Travel Association offers other unique marketing opportunites for you and your business. 

We are hosting fundraisers at all of our 2018 chapter meetings across the Ohio Valley region including Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. Funds raised help defray the costs of our Chapter and the Business Travel PAC.

Would your company like to gain exposure to industry buyers throughout the year? Every time your company donates an item for one of our fundraisers listed below, you and your company will be recognized during our general session and/or at the fundraising event.
